At Approved In Home Care, we believe in giving peace of mind to our clients by offering high quality caregivers. Our caregivers are friendly, co-operative, and experienced. We will not place a caregiver in your home, unless we feel comfortable enough to have them care for our own parents. That litmus test is used with every employee we hire. Then, each employee must make an A on our pre-employment testing. We assess their senior care skill level before they can be given an assignment. We are very selective.
All “Approved In Home Care” agency employees are extensively pre-screened and continually evaluated. Our caregivers are bonded and insured for your peace of mind. We also require that our caregivers complete continuing education classes annually with our ongoing training program. Our caregivers are required to take continuing education classes in many areas including Parkinson’s care, dementia and Alzeheimer’s care, meal preparation, fall risk training, personal hygiene, and hospice care, just to name a few areas.
