Zack: Hi, We are Zack and Linda McConnell and we are the Administrator and Owners of Approved In Home Care.  Our goal is to make a loving difference, and we want to assist your patients with the utmost of in-home care.

Linda: For the past three decades, we have been successful offering compassionate and dependable home care for our patients in Dallas, Collin, Rockwall, Denton, and Grayson counties. We initially found ourselves in the challenging situation of caring for our ailing parents. Neither parent wanted to move to a nursing home, and we had trouble in finding dependable in-home care.

Zack: We can relate to these stresses and appreciate your efforts of providing hope and care each day for your senior patients.  Approved In Home Care is here, ready to take amazing care of your referrals who want to be home with their loved ones during this time of Covid 19, enabling them to cherish their precious last moments together.  We specialize in chronic care patients, suffering from dementia, Parkinson’s, Cancer, Stroke, and COPD, and offer in home care for hospice patients as well.

Linda: Covid 19 has changed our world and we quickly have responded.  We reached out to the North Texas mask makers and got masks made for our patients and staff to give them a spark of hope of being able to walk outside for a change.  We didn’t skip a beat and put together care packages for our patients packed with toilet paper, antiseptic wipes, soaps, food, and fabric masks with filters and gloves, along with our caregivers also.  We dropped by each patient with a care bag and with a prayer of hope.  We were met with smiles, offering compassion and love during these stressful times for our compromised senior community.

Zack: Yes…. we are taking new referrals and want to care for your patients who are need additional care at home, while being surrounded by those that love them.

Linda: We had a recent referral, a hospice cancer patient, who didn’t want to enter rehab after her hospital stay, due to Covid concerns of isolation.  We were able to transfer her back home and staffed the 24 hour shifts within a day.  She was able to pass at home in the loving arms of her family 10 days later with the assistance of our compassionate care staff.

Zack: Here at Approved In Home Care, one of the most rewarding things we can do is to offer hope, care and love during this pandemic. Keeping loved ones together is rewarding, to avoid the sorrow of dying in isolation.  We are here to offer a more loving experience in home care.

Linda: Thank you for your past referrals. And during your stressful day, please consider referring your patients for home care to our experienced team.  It would be a privilege to care for your clients.   You can reach Zack or Linda at (972)658-4001, anytime, or call our Director of Marketing Carol Sandoval at (214)973-0108.
