We have been using the service of Approved In Home Care for over a year. We are very pleased to have someone so caring and helpful around. We are receiving the assistance we need. We enjoy the help with chores and housekeeping, as well are transportation for errands and doctor’s appointments.
Relief from Worry

We have been so worried that our brother Dan would wander, not eat, or take care of himself in any way. Now we are confident that he is being looked after, and given a constant companionship. Our caregiver is wonderful. She is kind, yet firm, a great cook and my brother loves her! Our Care Manager is so easy to work with. Any time I called she answered. She immediately took care of any changes we requested.

My Mom, is very pleased with her caregiver, Shannon. She has been extremely helpful and willing to do anything my mother needs assistance to do. My Mother actually looks forward to her time with Shannon. This is a tremendous help to me.

We have been clients of Approved In Home Care for several weeks now. We were having trouble handling my husband’s care. We are very pleased with the help Approved has provided us. Our caregiver Anna was a professional, caring, and fantastic at managing my husband. She is an asset to your company. The other caregivers who came at night, and on weekends were also very good. The caregivers at Approved made me feel comfortable. Anna was particularly effective. She almost felt like one of the family, and she eased my concerns about hiring a caregiver.

We used the services of Approved In Home Care for almost 2 years. Before they came into our lives I was stressed, and in need of some relief. After hiring a caregiver for my wife I immediately felt more relaxed, and less stressed. Dawn was my wife’s favorite and comforted her on a daily basis. The service we received was extremely helpful!

Ray worked with my wife for approximately 6 mos., during which time she help my wife with all her physical needs. Mary bonded quickly because Ray was a CNA and showed her skills at handling an individual. We were very lucky to have a skilled caregiver like Ray.

Dawn worked with my wife for 18 months until she had her baby. My wife truly missed Dawn. Dawn did lots of extra things for my wife (nail polish and toe nail polish). My wife enjoyed those special times with Dawn. Dawn watched movies with my wife and discussed the movies with Mary. It was truly a pleasure to have Dawn working with Mary.

We have been clients of Approved In Home Care for three months now. Before Approved In Home Care came into our lives I was overwhelmed with trying to take care of my husband myself. My husband had a stroke, and needed help with bathing and dressing. We are so blessed with Samantha, Zack, and Linda’s help. They helped me with our long-term care insurance claims, and Samantha is the cutest thing! We had used another agency last year and it did not go well. Zack, Linda, and Samantha are outstanding! And as a retired RN I have been exposed to both good and bad caregivers. Approved is the best! We just love Samantha! She does daily physical therapy exercises for my husband and his strength is improving. She is so sweet!

My caregivers help me with chores and housekeeping to help me maintain my independence. They are very accommodating and very dependable!!

Zack & Linda, All the caregivers that took care of my Dad were top notch – they went over and beyond anything I expected of them. I feel like these caregivers were more my friend than someone in my service – I got to know them well and trusted them with my Dad. With all that has been going on with my Dad, I have appreciated them all. Above and Beyond just mear sitters. I can’t say enough about all the ladies that I met. Zack & Linda, I spoke with Leah K. yesterday, and she sounded better than I’ve heard in months! She said that Mike has definitely “bonded” with Misty (caregiver) and he is now asking for help from her, rather than asking Leah for help with everything. Stacy (daughter) may actually be able to skip her bi-monthly trip from Boston, now that Approved in Home Care is on the job. Thank you for the excellent service.
